Step 1 – Give us an idea of what you’re looking for - an animation, a presenter or product video
Step 2 – A 50% deposit is required to secure the studio and presenter/voice artist. You'll have the script back within 48 hours for approval.
Step 3 – Once we've completed post production, you'll need to review the video and, if necessary, we make small changes to ensure your complete satisfaction. At this point the final balance becomes due.
Of course! The presenter must be able to embody and represent your company – so it’s important that they’re the right person for the job. We have a range of professional presenters that we work with, who are highly skilled. Once you let us know the type of presenter you need, we'll send over a shorlist and you select the most suitable.
That depends. If it’s a ‘product’ video, then you'll need to supply adequate amounts of the product to be used on screen. To get the best view of your product in action, we may we film various angles, in close up and long shot, several times.
You may also have specific fonts, photos or graphics that you would like to see in your video, such as your company logo or strapline. If you do, just email them across and we'll add them in postproduction. Everything else - we supply!
The invoice can be paid by Bank Transfer, Card, or PayPal. A 50% deposit becomes due when you make a booking. The remainder is paid when the video is completed. The finished files are delivered in formats suitable for your website, Youtube and sharing sites, iPhone and iPad etc.
It's all about planning. We have a number of studio slots available each month. As soon as your deposit is paid we book studio time. We need to get the script developed and signed off before then, which normally takes just a couple of days. Once the footage is captured, it goes straight into the edit and we try out best to get you the completed video within 2 weeks.
